Object history

Note: Changes made before February 15th, 2021 will not be shown.

To see various information about an object via the object viewer, click on an object via the Objects tab or the toolbox. Among other things, it is possible to see the information about changes to the object or its history. History can only be viewed for existing objects.


This information can be found via the History tab, as shown in the image below:

The History tab shows the information about when the object was created, changed, or deleted. It is also made clear by whom the change was made. The time is shown in UTC.

The information in the History tab looks like this:

Search by period

You can show an object's history for different time periods, namely: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can adjust this next to the timeline (see below).

There are also several tips to help you get to the time period you are looking for faster by using the timeline. By clicking on the orange dot, you can select a date directly from the calendar.

Search

Search terms can be entered via the search bar. Also, search results can be filtered via the drop-down menu Widgets and Users.

Via Widgets it is possible to filter your search results by turning specific fields on or off. Via Users you can, for example, select specific users or roles to refine search results.

General changes

All changes related to the name, title, or conditional color of an object are shown here.

Changes in relationships

All changes related to an object’s relationships are shown here.

Changes to questionnaires

For each questionnaire that is linked to an object, you can see which changes have taken place.

Compact display

By collapsing fields via the upward-pointing arrow to the right of the field, you can minimize the view to the object’s basic history for easier navigation.
