In your Agile-oriented organization, traditional projects using extensive Project Start Architecture (PSA) documents do not work anymore. Instead, Project Architectures that are high-level, just-enough and evolve over time are probably the best way to guide project delivery teams in the right architectural direction. To bring more depth where it is needed, designs per architecture layer can be created.
When commencing a project in your organization, a project view is created in BlueDolphin using the Project Delivery canvas template. The detailed architecture designs can be created after the High-Level Design is discussed using the Project Design templates.
