When you download or update the BPMN or Data module convention, the combinations are handled as follows:
Only the required combinations (you can find them in the tables below) are created, and they are in an enabled status. Everything else is created as disabled.
No combinations are created between custom definitions. This applies even if a definition from the library is missing, and only a custom one is present.

Deactivating a module in a tenant
When you deactivate the BPMN module, here's what happens:
No changes will occur in the definitions and combinations
BPMN views cannot be edited and appear blurry
Creating new BPMN views is not allowed
The "Save As" option is disabled
You can still delete BPMN views, including Official and Published views
The Process portal will no longer be visible in the tenant. Please note that if you want to preserve the content of Official BPMN views, you'll need to download them as PDFs individually. There isn't a bulk option to save them all at once.
The questionnaire "BPMN Object Description" cannot be downloaded from the template library
When you deactivate the Data module, here's what happens:
Definitions and combinations become locked
Data views cannot be edited and appear blurry
Creating new data views is not allowed
The "Save As" option is disabled
You can still delete data views, including Official and Published views
Deleting the questionnaire named "Data dictionary Description" is possible
You cannot create new object definitions in the Data directory
