BlueDolphin includes several AI capabilities that make process modeling more accessible, faster, and more intuitive. You can quickly find the information you need without leaving the BlueDolphin environment.

ValueBlue’s AI Assistants help you work smarter and more efficiently. They offer an intuitive, conversational interface that requires no specialized training.

You can copy insights and process overviews to share with your team and keep everyone aligned.

The Knowledge AI Assistant only uses Bluedolphin's publicly available documentation. It does not process or access any of your organization’s private data. It functions solely as a natural language search engine.

Click the Knowledge Assistant icon from the tab bar. It includes some pre-built questions to guide you.

Type your query and the Knowledge AI Assistant guides you with step-by-step explanations or direct links to relevant documentation.

Conversations are not stored as part of your private data. According to ValueBlue, the assistant does not store customer-specific data or questions when used under “Knowledge AI” only.

The Process AI Assistant simplifies BPMN diagrams by translating complex process flows into clear text. It supports both beginners and experienced users, enabling anyone to navigate and analyze BPMN models without extensive training.

While working on the BPMN diagram in the Processes, click the Process Assistant icon from the sidebar.

You can ask natural-language questions to explore a process step by step, and the assistant interprets the underlying BPMN to deliver accurate explanations.

Unlike the Knowledge AI Assistant, the Process AI Assistant does process tenant data to produce relevant, contextual responses. Specifically, it reads and interprets the BPMN diagrams you create or upload within BlueDolphin when you submit a question to provide accurate answers and generate shareable documentation.

Modelling Assistant or BPMN Generator instantly creates BPMN 2.0-compliant process diagrams from a simple prompt or by uploading existing documentation you already have. BlueDolphin enables non-specialists to actively participate in shaping workflows and accelerating transformation.

While editing a BPMN diagram in Processes, click the Modeling Assistant icon in the bottom-left of the toolbar.

You can upload a file to the Modeling Assistant to generate a BPMN diagram based on the file and your prompt. The AI uses uploaded files as contextual information for follow-up questions.

Each file must be smaller than 10 MB, and supported file formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, TXT, and DOCX.

When you connect tasks to objects, the AI suggests relevant objects from the repository.

Unlike the Knowledge AI Assistant, the Modelling Assistant processes tenant data and the process information you provide to generate the BPMN model. This includes interpreting the content of uploaded files and the prompts you submit to produce a diagram. Uploaded files may be used as contextual information for follow-up questions within the modelling flow.

The Architecture View AI Assistant helps users interpret complex architecture diagrams by converting technical models into clear, plain-language explanations. It enables both architects and non-technical stakeholders to quickly understand relationships, dependencies, and high-level structures without needing deep modeling expertise.

While working on the Architecture views, click the icon from the toolbar to open the Architecture View AI assistant.

Unlike the Knowledge AI Assistant, the Architecture View AI does process tenant data. Specifically, it reads and interprets the architecture views you create or upload within BlueDolphin when you submit a question to provide accurate answers and generate shareable insights.
