If you have forgotten your password and your organization uses Single sign-on (SSO) for BlueDolphin, contact your organization's IT helpdesk for assistance. Once they have fixed your account, you will be able to log into BlueDolphin again.
If your organization doesn't use Single sign-on for BlueDolphin, your password is managed in BlueDolphin. To have your password reset, you need to contact your BlueDolphin administrator. When your BlueDolphin admin resets your password, you will receive an e-mail with a temporary password (which you must change after login).
