Object questionnaires

If questionnaires are linked to an object's definition, BlueDolphin will show one tab for each questionnaire for any object of that object type.
Below we see that the object "Accounting" has two questionnaires - "Business goals" and "Portfolio Attributes". Each tab shows the questions (also known as fields or attributes) of that questionnaire.

In the table below is the description of icons found on the right-hand side of each question:

Icon	Description
	Indicates if the question is shared with the system's library. Note: Out of service This option is out of service and not available for use by customers.
	Indicates if the question counts toward the completeness percentage of an object.
	Indicates if the question is filled by a source, in which case it cannot be edited.
