Add Metadata to BPMN Element

Adding metadata to your BPMN elements is supported via the side panel. You can use this option to add a title, additional information, instructions, or references to external links containing the relevant data.

1. Open the side panel by clicking the arrow in the top-right corner.

2. Select the BPMN element for which you want to add the metadata.

3. Type in the text in the field to add a description. To add a URL, click on the pen and enter the valid link format in the field. 

4. Press Enter or click anywhere around the field to save changes.

The maximum character limit is 2500 characters, with the character count updating as you type.
