You can link URLs to the object, image, free shape, or relationship/line, so that you can have essential resources directly on a view.
In the edit mode, you can link URL to an object by clicking that object.
Click the hyperlink icon to open the options.
Once you select the Link to a URL option, a pop-up comes up to enter the URL and display text (maximum 255 characters) that you want to show on the view.
Maximum 5 URLs can be linked to a view, relationship, or image. After 5 URLs, the option gets disabled and the message is displayed asking you to remove or edit the existing URL first.
If you want to see the added links in edit mode, select and right-click the respective object and click Open linked URLs option to see the list.
In the view mode, you can navigate to the linked URLs. An object or a free shape to which a URL is linked shows a shadow around the object as you move your mouse over it. Also, the mouse cursor shows a hand indicator and a tooltip that tells you to double-click to open the link.
One URL Linked
If only one URL is linked to the object, image, or free shape, just double-click it to open the page.
Multiple URLs Linked
If multiple URLs are linked to the object, image, or free shape, double-click to open the list of linked URLs. You can also right-click the object to see Open linked URLs option.
Edit or Remove the URL
Right-click the object and select Open linked URLs option to see the list.
Click the pen icon where you can either edit or remove the URL.
