This page allows you to view all the BPMN diagrams connected with a specific process. From this page, you can create your first diagram, publish it, open it in the editor to make changes or choose to delete it.
There are two ways to open the BPMN diagram from the Process Browser tab,
- Click the process title in the list.
- Click the arrow next to a specific process in the list to open it in the same tab.
When you open a process, the Process Details page is displayed. This is what the initial page looks like before any process is published.
In this page, the Diagrams section shows all BPMN diagrams, including information like diagram owner and last edited details.
Create BPMN diagram button lets you create a diagram directly from a business process, automatically connecting the object to the diagram.
To open a BPMN diagram in the editor mode, click three dots next to the diagram name and choose to open it in the same tab or a new tab. If you are not the owner, then the diagram opens in the read-only mode.
