BlueDolphin Standard Templates
A quick way of getting started with BlueDolphin and discovering its possibilities is by downloading a standard template into your environment. It is recommended to do this in your test environment.
BlueDolphin allows downloading a standard template only if your environment is empty (it does not contain any objects, views, relationships, or source processing items).
To empty your environment, you can do it in two ways:
- Manually delete all the content
- Reset your environment to default settings
Reset the Tenant
- Go to the Admin section .
- In the System section, Select General to open the system settings.
- Click three dots in the upper-right corner and select Reset to default settings option.
- Enter the tenant name in the text box and click the reset option in the bottom right to start the process.
The process may take some time, depending on the number of objects and processes in your tenant.
Warning: | Resetting the tenant will permanently delete all files, including objects, relations, and views, without creating a backup. It is strongly recommended to consult your Valueblue representative before performing this activity. |
Once the template is successfully downloaded, you receive a notification through a toast message.
Update a Template
When an update is available for a template, an exclamation mark icon is visible on its right.
Choose the desired template category and the template and click Update in the lower-right corner.
