BlueDolphin offers out-of-the-box integrations with ITSM platforms like TOPdesk, ServiceNow, and JIRA, allowing organizations to leverage the data for Enterprise Architecture (EA). These integrations help manage and connect assets such as Business processes, applications, data models, and so on.
These platforms require only activation and configuration, with no coding necessary.
Pre-requisite: The BlueDolphin Public API and the Marketplace is enabled.
To set up the BlueDolphin TOPdesk/ServiceNow Connector for a single template-to-BlueDolphin Object Definition Type connection, follow the steps below. Repeat the process for each BlueDolphin Object Definition Type you want to source from TOPdesk/ServiceNow.
NOTE: Only Admin can configure the integration in BlueDolphin.
- In the BlueDolphin tenant, click the Account button and select System preferences to go to the Marketplace.
- Click Add integration in the bottom right corner of the Marketplace page.
- Select or search in the search bar for your integration platform (for example, TOPdesk, ServiceNow) and click Next.
- Select the template from the drop-down and click Install. After the installation is complete, the configuration page opens up.
- For the webhook endpoint for Topdesk/ServiceNow integration, copy the Webhook URL link from the configuration page.
- In the configuration page, you can fill in all the fields. Once done, click Verify and connect to verify all the details to connect to the connector. For example,

- In the Integration Mapping, map TOPdesk/ServiceNow fields to the BlueDolphin object definitions you wish to connect.
