When an object is deleted from BlueDolphin but still exists in TOPdesk or ServiceNow, the following scenarios may occur:
- No changes occur in the integration.
- The object is re-created (not restored) in the BlueDolphin repository.
- An error message is displayed.
To ensure the object is deleted successfully, manually delete it from TOPdesk and ServiceNow.
There are two ways to delete the integration,
From the Marketplace Overview
- In the Account, go to the System preferences.
- In the Marketplace page, click three dots in front of the integration you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete integration button.
From the Integration Configuration
Open the integration you wish to delete. In the Configuration page, scroll to the end of the screen to see the Delete option.
