Q. Can I resend or edit a survey after sending it?
No, surveys cannot be edited once activated. Create a new one if changes are needed..
Q. What happens if recipients don’t complete mandatory fields?
They will not be able to move forward in the survey.
Q. What happens when multiple recipients submit responses to the same survey?
The most recent response takes priority and will be the one displayed in the system — this is known as the Last Input, First Display rule.
Q. Is it possible to use the survey feature without entering any email addresses?
Yes. The email field is optional. After completing the survey configuration, you can just copy the survey link and share it manually through any channel of your choice.
Q. What will happen to existing guest links after the Survey feature is released?
Active guest links will remain accessible and usable until their set expiration date. Users accessing them will see the new Survey interface, where they can still fill out the linked questionnaires as usual.
This allows for a smooth transition, so you can start using the new Survey feature right away while your existing guest links continue to function as expected — no disruption for stakeholders.
Q. Why can’t I change the object definition during survey configuration?
To ensure a consistent and intuitive experience for survey recipients, all objects included in a single survey must share the same object definition.
Each object definition can have different configurations, such as specific questionnaires, field types, or governance rules. Keeping them consistent ensures that recipients answer questions in a unified format, making the survey easier to understand and complete.
