If you want to collaborate effectively in BlueDolphin, it can be useful to set up a central, shared view where everybody can share their personally created views. We call this shared view the marketplace. The marketplace can be a BlueDolphin homepage, an object on the homepage, or another view. Having a marketplace makes it easy to share insights and knowledge while everybody has insights into what is happening, what has been made, and what they can work on.
The image below shows a homepage with different views managed by different people. The relationships between these views are also indicated.
In BlueDolphin, you often work together with different people. Everybody has their own function and responsibilities and can make their own views. These views can be shared on the marketplace. This way it's easy to share information and get feedback on your work.
Another option for making a marketplace is when not everyone has the same rights to place views on the homepage. For example: if multiple users are responsible for views that should be on the homepage, they can also be collected on the marketplace first. In this case, only one person needs to have the rights to place the views on the homepage and that person is the owner of the marketplace.
The person who is responsible saves these views via the three dots in the upper-right corner and places them at the correct place, for example the homepage.
This way, it's easy to keep a neat and user-friendly homepage.
