Users
A BlueDolphin user can have none or more roles assigned. Each role contains a set of permissions for each type of content (object definitions, questionnaires, relationships and other). To understand how to view and manage role permissions, see Manage roles and permissions.
User management
Go to Admin > Users.
Click Users and you will see the list of all users. When you select a user from the list, you can see and change the details of that user. You can also see the roles linked to this user.
Tip: The list of roles for a user is read-only. To change the roles, you must navigate to each role. For more information, see Managing roles and permissions.
Roles
Click Roles and you will find more information about the roles available. If you want to add a user to a role, you can do it here.
For each role you can change permissions at the detail level. The most common practice is to use the default settings.
You can also create your own role (with the plus icon at the top-left of the screen) and control permissions.
Permissions
Click the Permissions tab to set permissions at the object level. Click on an object from the list, customize the permissions as needed and click OK.
