It is not possible to upload a file to a BPMN task directly. However, you can link a file by transforming it into a URL/link first. You can also choose to add a piece of content to the specific object. As soon as you open the process object in BPMN, you will find several fields on the right where you can enter information.
To enrich a BPMN view, you can use the BlueDolphin standard "BPMN Object description" questionnaire. Changing the content of the questionnaire works the same way as with any other questionnaire within BlueDolphin. As soon as you click on an object in a BPMN view, a field will appear on the right. If not, please use the buttons and/or . Now you can see what information is available for this specific part of the process. You can edit this information by adding, for example, an URL that takes you to a specific document, file or website.
Import content from a Microsoft Word document
Additionally, you have the convenience of copying any valuable information, including tables, from a Word document. While copying, you can choose to maintain the original formatting or to clear it.
After you have pasted the original content, you can edit the table by simply clicking anywhere on it. The
context menu pops up, which allows you to modify the table properties as needed.
