Follow the steps below to perform a hard refresh, depending on the browser you are using.
Google Chrome, MS Edge
- Open the Developer Console. There are a few ways to do this: Control+Shift+I (Windows) Option+Command+I (Mac) View > Developer > Developer Tools Simply right-click anywhere on the page and choose Inspect.
- Press and hold the Refresh Icon.
- Choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload from the dropdown.
- Hold down Ctrl/Command, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
- Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
