We are thrilled to announce our latest AI-powered feature, crafted to empower BlueDolphin users find a way through the complexity of the platform. Our “AI Assistant” offers detailed, step-by-step guidance on harnessing BlueDolphin for defining Enterprise Architecture, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient user experience.

How does it work

In this version, using a chat interface, users can ask questions about the current BlueDolphin capabilities. The Assistant will provide users information on what is the most optimal way to perform a task in BlueDolphin.

What are the benefits

Using the AI Assistance capability we eliminate the needs to go to our documentation page to search for information, it contributes to make users more efficient in their daily tasks.

This will decrease the needs to leave BlueDolphin environments to consult our documentation.

IMPORTANT :

The AI Assistant is trained based on information available at ValueBlue,  but in some cases the answers provided by the service might not be 100% accurate. This kind of observed behaviour is called “hallucination”, it  is a well recognised problem for existing Large Language Models. We do our best to continue increasing the accuracy of tour AI Assistant and minimise the “hallucination” level.
