Open BPMN Views eventhough they are not official yet

In BPMN procesflows you can do a call activity to subprocesses. These linked subprocesses can only be opened directly from the BPMN view if the process has been made official.

I would like to be able to open the view even if it is not official yet.

  Which view would it open when there are multiple views of a process?

  A Call Activity doesn't have a linked view, right?
  It has a linked view - but that can have multiple BPMN views.
