La Plata.2 Release notes (June 20th, 2024)
The new BlueDolphin release La Plata.2 is out, aimed at enhancing connectivity, insights, and user experience.
Introducing URL Linking:
In this update, we are excited to introduce URL Linking. Now, you can integrate up to 5 URLs per object/image/shape on your canvas, empowering you to link essential resources directly on a view.
To manage and access your linked URLs - In edit mode, simply right-click on any object/image/shape, select “Open Linked URLs,” click on URL name to open in new tab. In view mode, a quick double-click on any linked object opens the associated URL in a new tab.
Linking URL to block of text :
Now you can link an URL to a block of text on the canvas so that you can easily access relevant information.
Note : The existing URL's on a view in the form text will not work anymore, please edit these URL's using new functionality.
Discover Usage Insights:
Explore the new "Usage Insights" feature accessible from your profile menu:
Gain valuable insights into platform usage, including active versus passive user statistics and distribution of users across roles.
Note: Login activity details are available from 20-06-2024 (The count has started from this date)
Revamped Profile Page:
In addition to these new features, profile page is revamped.
We have removed the generic gravatar feature. Now, your profile avatar displays your initials based on your first and last names, adding a personal touch to your profile.

Other than the URL feature (that will be very very useful), also happy with the usage statistics!
