Undo functionality in the admin section when deleting views and update the deletion message to be more precise

The current way to delete views is prone to errors. See below example
When you select views you have the possibility to delete all of those views with the delete button. On the right side you have a separate option that says “Delete View”. The expectation would be that only the view is deleted where I click the three dots. However, this delete does delete all selected views.
When this happens there is also no way to undo the delete. A functionality to undo a delete should be introduced.
