A view is only Public after an explicit action to make in Public

When creating a new view it gets a name like Werkset 1/10/2025 2:51:41 PM (UTC)  (in a Dutch configuration). This view is by default Private. After changing the nam of this view it becomes automatically Public and is available for everyone.

I suggest to change this behavior and make a view only Public when this is explicitly done.
