Expanding the "open view" reports with a field "status"

Is it possible to add a field “status” to the open view-reports, see the attached file? This field shows if a view is published, official, concept, ….. etc. So this information is immediate available without first have to open the view and gives us direct information about the views are not publiced or made official.

  Just to clarify, is below drafted in green what you mean?

  

  We also have a JasperSoft report called "Standard_View_Topic" that you could use meanwhile to create an overview of this information.
