[WISH] More visual options in questionnaires (Font size, titles, borders/lines etc)

What is your wish?
The ability to have more visual affect in questionnaires to order/present questions.
What is the problem you encounter?
Having many questions on a questionnaire can be confusing. It would be nice to group them without having to create different questionnaires.
Why do you want this wish?
Improves the user friendliness to read and/or find questions.
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
Yes, use multiple questionnaires or add a text field (could be on read only). Visually this isn't great.
