Tagging users in messages using @-character

In this release, we added the functionality to tag users in messages more easily by using the @ character. Using the @ character to select a user from a list is a common way of selecting users to tag.

In any place where you can add a message about an object or a view, you can now use the @ character to pull up a list of BlueDolphin users and select a user to tag. The list can be filtered by typing more characters after you have typed the @ character.

  Hi Tom, indeed a handy improvement. Is it also on the roadmap that people that are mentioned receive a trigger email? I work with stakeholders that not have Blue Dolphin as their primary tool always logged in
