Easy way to keep track of your work
How do you prevent that you lose sight of which views are done and which views aren't yet? But even more important, how do you make sure that you don't show a view to your colleagues that is not finished yet?
To get a better grip on the situation, you can use the business object to keep track of your work. The next steps will show you how to set this up:
1) Create a "Business Object" and call it "WARNING: UNDER CONSTRUCTION by <Your Name>". (Of course, you put your own name where <Your Name> is).
2) Place this "Business Object" on every view that is not ready. This works for Archimate and BPMN views. If one of your colleagues takes a look at one of the views you are still working on, they will immediately see the 'under construction' warning.
3) If you want an overview of all the views that are not finished, you search for the object "WARNING: UNDER CONSTRUCTION by <Your Name>" in the object tab and then go to the tab 'Views'. You will see a list of all the views that need some work
