OData in Excel
Did you know that you can also connect to your BlueDolphin environment in Excel to gain insight into your data?
The OData feed connection can be made in a similar way as described in the page below.
"Get data using OData"

Hello Eric,
Thanks for the tip. Is it possible in Excel to load the full set of data (questionnaire fields)?0 -
I have already found it. I've added [MoreColumns=true] in the Advanced Editor query.
When I do this I get more fields but definitely not all questionnaire fields.
Is there any way to load all fields or else choose which questionnaire fields to load?0 -
Hello Marten,
Using the "load more" option will load more fields. Have you tried this yet?0 -
Hello Eric,
Indeed, I have already done this. I get a message that a limit of 1000 scanned rows has been reached.
Do you get to see all the questionnaire fields you have in BlueDolphin?0 -
Marten,
Default excel uses the first 1000 rows. On this page i found a solution.

Is is possible to report on reports, questionnaires and views using OData?
Right now I only can select the tables History, Information, Objects and Relations.
Within BlueDolphin > Reports I have the sources Objects, Roles, Sources, User, View. I'm expecting at least these same tables. And additional sources I would like to find:
- Reports: owner, created by, create date
- Questionnaires: all fields, field types, used at which object definitions2 -
Hi Raymond J. Blauw,
Currently, it is possible to report on questionnaires, but not on reports, views, roles and users. You can create a wish here.
