Ask to share a view

As a BlueDolphin User I want to be able to Ask the View Owner to Share that View with me.

I think most users recognize this, you search an object in BlueDolphin, take a peak on the views where it's used. Wouldn't it be great and pro collaborative if you can ask to share that view you would like?

For example: Hi User Y, I see View "Title", are you willing to share this View with me? I've got some additional information, or i want to corporate like we discussed, etc.

Now the View Owner itself must take the initiative.
