    Hi,

I will discuss this in our next feedback meeting.

Eric Arts The process administrator can make them official.

So the workaround can be: Give anyone who needs to make BPMN official this process administrator right in addition to other role they might have. In fact, don't give anyone process admin rights when they aren't allowed to make a BPMN view official.

We have added this wish to our long-term wishlist.

This is a big wish from our side as well. An admin should be able to handle administrative tasks, not so much with the content itself. Giving process admin rights is also not very usable, because that will give too much permissions to these users. We would like to give this ability to our key users that actually work with BPMN and not with Archimate and the rest.

Agree. Crucial for decentral process maintenance roll out.

Strangely enough, we seem to have a role defined (Business Analyst) that actually is able to make processes official. According to the guide and support this is not possible, but it does work for that role. No idea how, but I am not complaining...

    Hi Sander,
Rhe default role process administrator has been renamed to business analyst. But it's still the role that's meant for making bpmn processes official.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for the clarification. So that is how you did it!

haha, actually this was done before and caused me issues as you can't see what role is the one that can make bpmn processes official.

We have an optional reporting topic which show if a role is a standard role or not. That's how i found out.
