Ability to export process info (and model) to external document
Not planned- What is your wish?
Ability to export information from a process to an Office document or HTML document:
- BPMN diagram
- Process information
- BPMN elements information
- Why do you want this wish?
Ability to quickly publish or check all information of a process.
- Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
Copy & paste model. A report for the information??
- How would you ideally solve the problem?
In process portal or tool: export process model and view + info.
- How big is the wish on a scale from 1 to 5? (1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary, and 5 = I cannot work another day without it).

Hello all,
Export of BPMN to Office or HTML documents is not planned.

More or less the same as this earlier wish:

Roeland Loggen thanks for your wish!
As MG || Gemeente Tilburg already mentioned - this is an existing wish and the best part is that our UX team is already working on this! I cannot give any time-specific details at this point but I guess it will be a part of the big UX improvements in Q3 and Q4.

I guess this wish hasn't been solved yet, as we cannot export to Office documents.
Kim van Rooijen I was wondering whether "the big UX improvements" will also feature a nicer output of the export of a BPMN view from the Process Portal? When viewing the process in the portal, you can see the description of the tasks in the panel on the right. These are neatly separated and have coloured circles and squares. This lay-out is omitted when exported to PDF unfortunately. Right now, the exported text in the PDF is ugly and not nice to read. Can you tell us if this will be altered as well - or should I make a wish for that?
