Show the contents of the description field below the title

It would be helpful if the description of a questionnaire field shows directly below the title instead only on hover.
It's not visible to the end user if there is a description available and hovering on a title is not a regular way of obtaining more information for non-it people.

I tend to agree with this wish.
An alternative could be to show an exclamation mark of question mark in a circle (i.e. a little icon) in contrasting colour to indicate there is Help information.
The icon is than clickable for showing the Help text.
Showing the Help text directly also implies loss of space in a form and causes an immediate (over)load of information on screen.
