I simply use a pre-installed Windows 10 application for that purpose?

That's one option as I mentioned, to crop it afterwards. But seems to me more like a workaround instead of enabling it directly in BlueDolphin.

Hi Thilo Bremer, thank you for submitting this wish. A nice one indeed. Currently I use the workaround as Arnoud Willemsen mentions myself (Snipping Tool in Windows, Screenshot on MacOS).

How would you envision this feature working in BlueDolphin in more detail Thilo Bremer? Would you like to select the part of the view that you want to export, do a copy action (CTRL+C or CMD+C) and paste it somewhere in an other application (such as Word, PowerPoint, etc.)? Or just select the part of the view and download it as an image or PDF?

    Hi Lars,

For me, the most intuitive way would be to simply select the elements of a view that you would like to export and then download those which will automatically result in downloading only the selected part. If nothing or only one element is selected, the whole diagram will be downloaded. (I guess nobody will just download a single element)

The copy/paste you mentioned would also be welcome. Would make the export much easier and quicker. But I guess that's a different functionality?

Can you tell me, how you did the mentioning in your post? Can't figure that out.

Great, thanks for describing Thilo Bremer! This will help Tarcan Yonel and the team.

You can mention someone in you post by typing @ and then write the name of the person you want to mention directly after it! The @name will become bold

    Hi Lars Reeker

I tried it and it didn't work last time. But now it does. Strange but doesn't matter. It's now working.

Thanks for explaining. If you need something else, please let me know!
