Deleting (or emptying) questionnaire field items based on a source
In addition to Erwin van Vlugt's wish to Adding new items to questionnaire field based on source (https://valueblue.zendesk.com/hc/nl/community/posts/360010556059-Adding-new-items-to-questionnaire-field-based-on-source) it should be possible to delete (or empty) items to questionnaire fileds based on a source

Hi Marten, thank you for this addition! That seems a no-brainer indeed, we'll definitely take this in mind.

Yes, agreed. Everytime you change a questionnaire (for example add or change an answer option) a new field with the same title is created. This also results in blank columns in the existing report. I get the point of history, but:
- I can't figure out which of the 'field titles' is the most recent one;
- and I do not get to see the 'old data' in the report, since it's blank.
So, information on history (which version) together with the possibility of deletion is very much desired (5 on a scale of 1 to 5).
The workaround is to add all of the fields with the same name and see which column is filled with data. After that, you delete all empty colums. However, if you wish to make another report with the same data (field title), you have to do it all over again.
