Ability to show data outside BPMN-lanes (meta-data)
What is your wish?
Ability to show information on top of BPMN diagram (Logo, author, version date), but still part of the workset (just like the archimate views), for both BD BPMN viewer/editor as the process portal
Why do you want this wish?
To support configuration management and clear authorship of diagrams
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
Record in the view name or in metadata of the process (ugly)
How would you ideally solve the problem?
Ability to enter texts outside of the swimlanes (above diagram). See example below.
How big is the wish on a scale from 1 to 5? (1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary, and 5 = I cannot work another day without it).

Good one, my work around is to place it on some empty part of a swimming lane (preferrably on the left side), which is also ugly.

Thanks for this submission Roeland Loggen!

Would be nice for process portal users to be able to read who is the process owner, process manager or process administrator of the process to know who to address with questions or findings, ideas, etc.
When it comes to other more proces administrative meta data of a process, I would prefer the solution that VB intends for the ArchiMate views.

Any reaction from VB on this one? Had been 1 year.
