24/10/2021: Release note
Hi all,
We’re pleased to announce new and anticipated BlueDolphin functionality – the Object Archive.
With this update, deleted Objects will now be stored in the Archive. A deleted object’s relationships, sources, diagram, questionnaires and history will continue to be viewable within BlueDolphin for reference purposes. This allows you to retain a full inventory of historic Object data.
On the Objects tab, the Object navigator is now split by ‘Active’ objects versus ‘Archive’ objects. Users can toggle between the ‘Active’ and ‘Archive’ tabs to search each repository respectively.
For more information about this new feature, you can check this article.
Keep sharing your feedback/wishes here. We do appreciate it.

Hello MG || Gemeente Tilburg,
Thank you for this feedback! In a current situation, you can't make a deleted/archived object invisible. You can create a wish on our community and we will pick it up.

Nice addition, but:
When I really want to delete a specific object, because it was a double, a test or just plain wrong, it will remain visible forever?

Yeah, rubbish must not stand in the way of a search result.
