Export user details to csv-file

[update:export of user details is already possible, but the report source needs to be enabled by BV first]

As administrator I want to be able to export the user details to a csv so I can check and match users with an export from another source.

Once a month I'll need to check accounts of employees not working for the company anymore. Not all employees have an account in BlueDolphin. So I don't want to lookup all employees who left the company, because maybe only none, one or two of the fifty former employees would have an BlueDolphin account.

An export would also help in case of looking up account details, maintenance of role assignment, etc.

The export should include:

  • Name → available in report
  • Surname → available in report
  • Mailaddress → available in report
  • Roles (if multiple roles assigned, then one row for each role) → available in report
  • Last login date/time → NOT available in report
  • Status (not yet activated, activated, disabled, deleted, ...)  → NOT available in report

Besides an export it is also desirable to have the info mentioned above available in de UI. But I guess that would be a different requirement.

    I was triggered by your wish. Good one.

    But I found something in the report tool.

    You can change the source to 'standard_users_topic' or 'standard_roles_topic' and find most of the items you are looking for there.

    I've did entered a support ticket for my request/whish. Received a reply that is isn't possible yet. After checking the user details in de UI I've checked te report options. Without success.

    After your post I've checked the report tool again. But no 'standard_users_topic' or 'standard_roles_topic' available as a source. Only standard object, view, source topics are available.

    Maybe a tennant specific setting?

    Can't imagine this is tenant specific. 

    We are tenant since 2016, maybe there lies a cause. I don't know.

    But here is proof it is there (technically at least), so ask if you can get it aswell?

    These sources are currently available to select.

    @ValueBlue: Please add the Standard_Roles_Topic and the Standard_User_Topic to the list of report sources to our tenant.

    Still missing in the reporting:

    • Last login date/time
    • Status (not yet activated, activated, disabled, deleted, ...)

    Agree, fields for “Account has been activated”, Last login, Yes please!!
