BlueDolphin and browser extensions
BlueDolphin only supports three browsers - Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox. BlueDolphin does not support any 3rd party extensions installed on these browsers.
If you use BlueDolphin on a supported browser having any 3rd party extensions installed, and experience sporadic issues such as missing data on questionnaire fields, inability to add relationships, disappearing top menu, etcetera, we recommend that you review the 'site access' settings for the extensions.
Most extensions, by default, read and change all your data on all the websites you visit. The following screenshot shows the default setting for a 3rd party extension installed on Edge:
For an optimal experience for BlueDolphin, we recommend that you allow the extension to access the site data only when you click on the extension. The following screenshot shows the recommended setting:

Thanks. However, many SAAS applications that we use are not hindered by extensions. What is the reason that BlueDolphin needs such strict guidelines and settings?
