Suppress activation mail in User Provisioning

What is your wish?
If you are currently using user provisioning, an activation mail is sent when a user is created. I want to be able to suppress this.
What is the problem you encounter?
Spam
Why do you want this wish?
Sending the activation mail causes a lot of unnecessary communication and questions in an organistion.
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?

How would you ideally solve the problem?
The API for user provisioning should have the option to perform account activation automatically.

We have now made it possible for users added via SCIM automatic user provisioning to onboard on BlueDolphin without needing to activate their accounts.
