Add MindMap functionality

We would like to see mindmap functioanality added to BlueDolpin. We use this a lot to gather information in a short period of time. But we do this on an individually bases and not in a centralized environment. BlueDolphin would be the best environment to manage this for us. It also would be great if we could create BlueDolpin objects from this mindmap.

  I'd rather have VB fix and update the standard features of Archimate and BPMN views than to expand into these kind of features.
