Fix automatic reroute if user gets link, but has no account
Beantwoord- What is your wish?
Do not automatically forward a user to an empty process portal if I send a link (by email for instance) to a Archimate view. Instead show an error message (with, optional, a way to go to the process portal)
Or even better: on the errorpage, add functionality to request a BlueDolphin account, leading to an e-mail to the admins.
- What is the problem you encounter?
If I send a link to a BlueDolphin archimate view, and a user tries to open it, but has no account for BlueDolphin, the user is automatically redirected to the process portal. This is quite confusing for the sender and user. We needed some time to find out why this is happening. Might be a bug as well.
- Why do you want this wish?
Reduce confusion: if send a link, no account: error message, so that we can fix and create an account.
- Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
As usual: explain people how quirky BD sometimes works.
- How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
