Ability to share a view as administrator

What is your wish?
When I am an administrator I want to be able to add extra shares to a view I do not own.
Either on the Transfer View page, or simply at the view itself.
What is the problem you encounter?
If a user needs to edit a view, but the owner is not around and we as admin's know its ok, if we want to share the view to the user, we need to first transfer ownership to ourselves, perform the share, and then transfer ownership again. Not very handy.

How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
(1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary,
5 = I can't work another day without it).
