Release notes: AI Assistant SP1

Introduction:

We are pleased to announce recent updates to the AI Assistant for BlueDolphin. These improvements are designed to refine the guidance provided for defining Enterprise Architecture, ensuring a smoother and more efficient user experience. With the following: 

Content Corrections:

In the initial phase of our AI Assistant rollout, we identified and corrected several documentation errors that affected the chat response quality:

• Enhanced filtering mechanisms to improve document search relevancy. 
• Resolved some mistakes in provided BlueDolphin usage instructions.
• Expanded contact information for the BlueDolphin Support Team.
• Enhanced access details for BlueDolphin Academia.
• Enhanced documentation clarifying that our AI Assistant does not use any customer-specific data.

Consistency Improvements:

We have made adjustments to maintain the consistency of the AI Assistant's responses, especially in follow-up questions, where we noticed a drop in response quality.

 

IMPORTANT:

Privacy and Data Use:

The AI Assistant exclusively utilizes ValueBlue documentation and data to generate answers. We adhere strictly to privacy standards, not using or recording any customer data for answer generation.

We are also not storing or tracking users questions.  Should there be any changes to this policy, customers and users will be promptly informed and given an option to opt out.

Training and Performance:

Our AI Assistant is developed using information solely from ValueBlue. Although generally reliable, it may not always deliver 100% accuracy due to the known issue of 'hallucination' common in large language models. We are committed to continuously enhancing the accuracy and reducing the frequency of these errors.

  Hi, is there also an AI assistent upcoming that can help you generate reports and views? Or just answer questions about the content in the repository? That would be the real deal from my perspective :-)

  Yes, our plan includes providing the ability to describe a view or draft a diagram.

  We are already working on adding capability to describe diagrams or views, which will serve as the foundation for generating draft diagrams. Stay tuned !
