We solve this by creating BD accounts with role “Standard user” for all employees using User provisioning.
Issue with these standard users is allthough in the role everything is set to “read only”, these users still can create views, reports etc.

Hi Maria,
what you'll see then is the whole BS page withing you're frame. I've been playing with this too. What would be nice is only the archi, process or dataview is visible.
