Add more user information via SCIM

What is your wish:

It would be very helpful to have next to Name, Surname and Email also information about the users department and their function in BlueDolphin. The information is available via our SCIM-tooling

also we would like this information to be shown in the “Activity Overview” in Planhat and / or to be available on OData to be used in dashboards

Why do you want this wish?

We have now over 2000 users 

- users do not fill their profiles themselves
- we would like insight of usage by department
- we want to delete views created by users who are not proces managers or architects
- we want to direct these users to their departments procesmanager if they have a question

Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
I create an export from another tool in which all persons working in Eindhoven with mailadres and department are listed, and match this list with “vertical search” in Excel with an export of users in BlueDolphin. 
This gives still no information about usage per department, 

How would you ideally solve the problem?
Update the fields “Position” and “Organisation unit” via SCIM
Make this information available via OData so it can be used in dashboards

How big is the wish on a scale from 1 to 5? (1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary, and 5 = I cannot work another day without it).
