TOPDesk to BlueDolphin integration

We released TOPDesk to BlueDolphin integration.

This flow will now create names with special characters in its name. 
This is actually an issue from TOPDesk side, which we could fix in the action sequence we provide as well. In order to make use of this, you need to update the action sequence.

Guids for persons, operators (and their groups) and suppliers are now being resolved.

This release fixes several issues with regards to mapping objects incorrectly.

Documentation about Integrations has been put live as well.
