Share a view with roles

Hoi within our Team we are working with multiple people in BlueDolphin to document and visualize are Integration landscape. What we see happing is that team members model a new view but often forget to share this view with the others in the Team or organizations. This often leads to a situation that collegue's are not able to adjust or extend a view without having the original owner adding them as Sharer
We would welcome the possibility to quickly add a group (or role) of people to the 'Shared' list or to be able to have ownership of a view not only for the creator but also across a group of people?
This would ease the maintenance and add helps to onboard people .

Hi All,
I wanted to let you know that this wish I part of a big improvement concerning assigning roles/groups to a view. I cannot give any timelines at the moment, but I will definitely keep this wish up-to-date!

I fully support this enhancement as well. The sharing of view on a user-by-user level is really tedious (especially when new architects are joining the team) and doing it role based will be much appreciated.

I agree, it would be really nice to add support for this. Although there are different means to add this in BlueDolphin, even the most basic support would be already a time saver (version 1).
For example:
version 1: Let a user define a set of 'favorite users' and allow these to be added when sharing a view (so not perse a role), simply pick the favorite users and add this in the share view pop-up. (like a macro).
version 2: Introduce a full fledged role based system with rich features on a global level

do you have insights on when this feature to 'add a role in sharing a view' might become available? Not having this feature is currently hindering adoption of BlueDolphin in our team & organization. I have listed a few problems where we are running into at the moment:
- When collaborating from a Team perspective, it becomes to difficult to edit each-others views as people forget or do not take the time to share the view.
- When adding users for a certain group (Integration or Architecture) it is easy to forget somebody as in the selection pane you only see individual users, you need to memorize/lookup every users again and again
- Selection of multiple users in the Permissions view is not possible, making this process cumbersome
- When a colleague joins/leaves a team, optimally we would need to adjust every view to add/remove them. However because of the effort this is not done consistently. With groups this would be done automatically.
