Show questionnaire field-based information on mouse-over

For quickly understanding what an object is about, it would be convenient to show information based on a field from a questionnaire or the property tab.
For instance the information from a "general description" or "short description" field.
When hovering over the object with the mouse pointer in a view, the information is shown for a couple of seconds.

Additionally, the same wish for BPMN objects aswell.
This feature may lower the threshold for acquiring information from a viewpoint (less clicking, less need to know where to click, no object viewers popping up and shoving away the viewpoint on the canvas).
