Als ik een alleen-lezen gebruiker toevoeg aan BD, met een single sign on oplossing, dan wil ik niet dat de gebruiker ook nog via e-mail moet activeren, maar gewoon direct moet kunnen inloggen.

Nu moeten we mensen instrueren hoe ze moeten activeren, terwijl ze maar beperkt gebruik willen maken van BD en ook dat scherm met extra info niet willen invullen.

Nee.

  • How would you ideally solve the problem?

Toevoegen gebruiker (bij SSO) en rol (default: Read Only). Gebruiker heeft direct toegang. 

  • How big is the wish on a scale from 1 to 5? (1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary, and 5 = I cannot work another day without it).

    We willen users direct autoriseren via automatic user provisioning wanneer zij in dienst komen, maar doen dit niet omdat we niet willen dat een medewerker die in dienst komt een mail vanuit BlueDolphin krijgt.

    As Ameya elaborated on the topic yesterday, we do agree with you on the issue the current procedure brings. That's why we have put the item on our roadmap for improvement, with a projected release in Q3.
