Configurable New View options

What is your wish?
When a user wants to create a new view, you will get 3 options (Architecture, Data, BPMn), we would like to keep it simple, so if a user don't have rights to create BPMn or Data objects for example, we want to be able to hide those options, to keep the platform simple for our different users.
What is the problem you encounter?
We must instruct people what to use and what not to use. And even if we explain not to use specific options, people are still able to do it.
Why do you want this wish?
We would like less instructions and more simple straight away.
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
Instruct people and hope they will not misuse the options
How would you ideally solve the problem?
Configurable New View options
How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
(1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary,
5 = I can't work another day without it).
4, since it will help a lot with simplified onboarding new users.
