Unlogical behavior displaying activity description
Beantwoord- What is your wish?
Not sure if this is a wish or bug. Situation: a user has opened the process portal and is viewing a BPMN process model. The user clicks on an activity 1 and views the activity description in the right panel. The user hides the right panel and navigates to another activity in the process model. The user clicks this activity 2 The user realizes the right panel is hidden, so clicks show. The panel has (often) not been updated and it still showing the description of activity 1. The user clicks again on activity 2: nothing happens. The user has to click another activity and then again the activity 2 to get the activity description.- This is not logical behavior.
- This is not logical behavior.
- What is the problem you encounter?
See above. Extra unlogical action (click another activity, then again the required activity)
- Possible scenario's:
- 1. When the panel is hidden, it keeps being updated
- 2. When the panel is opened again, it updates automatically to the latest selected activity
- 3. When the panel has been re-opened, you click again on the activity (even though it is already selected), the panel is updated
- 4 (even better): if you click on an activity while the panel is closed, it opens with the right info
- Why do you want this wish?
Logical behavior
- Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
See above
- How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
